Interior Painting

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Your furniture, floors and carpet to be protected from start to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic.
• Water marks, smoke stains, pen marks and other unsightly blemishes that could “bleed through” the new paint to be properly primed with appropriate Zinsser primer or sealer.
• Only quality materials to be used. Only quality materials give the best results and last longer.
• The work to be done in a neat and professional manner by skilled craftspeople who are polite, friendly, and work efficiently.
• Of course, there to also be no paint left on window panes, carpets, floors, or anything else not being painted.
• Waste materials, by-products, and used solvents to be disposedof safely, properly and in an environmentally responsible manner.
• The contractor to carry appropriate insurance cover.
• Touch-up paint to be left for your convenience in labelled containers.
