• Any loose caulking to be removed and replaced.​

• All loose nails to be re‑set and re‑painted.​

• The work to be done in a neat and professional manner by skilled craftspeople who are polite, friendly and work efficiently.

• All excess paint to be removed from windows and entire area to be left clean and tidy.

​

• The proper occupational health and safety procedure and equipment to be employed so that your job can be completed safely.

• Touch-up paint to be left for future convenience in labelled containers.
